Eloquent??? Prior to yesterday... I dun think I've ever heard of this word... haha...

Before the interview session... she told me... "Show yourself being confident, eloquent!"

I juz took her word w/o understanding the meaning of the word eloquent... hehe...

I was the first to arrive. Then, the HR recruiter came in. Chatted with him for a while... then the manager & the team lead arrived.

The session went on pretty well... I did fumbled a little here and there when I spoke... hope they didn't notice.. haha! But... God was with me ALL the time... I was confident... =P

It took only 30mins for this session... this is supposed to be a pre-interview screening sessions... so, it didn't take long. Prior to this, I have done my test, some test on Excel, building pivot tables & waterfall charts.

I went back to my seat.. still very anxious. But I continued with my work... cuz there was so much to be done. Seldom u can hear the word "busy" tagged to me.. haha.. but this whole week, my schedule was really tight and many things are happening. New region to handle, new people to work with, changes due to the outsourcing activities, team meeting, new team alignment sessions... whoa!!! Pack... Pack... Pack! hahaha....

But I was happy being busy. =P

"You're weird!", my friend told me when I shared that I'm busy.. but I'm enjoying it.. haha!!

Coming back to THE DAY... I noticed her walking towards my cubicle.. then she stopped at the side of my cubicle... but I didn't lift up my head, I just continued with my work. From the corner of my eye, I noticed she was scribbling something on a piece of paper.

Then, she showed me the paper... I saw the word "CONGRATULATIONS!!!"

My heart beat so fast when I saw that!!!

She then sat beside me and told me the interviewer's feedback on my performance.

"They like you"
"She's eloquent!", was her comment, she told me.
"She was very surprised with your performance! You did very well today! Based on your performance during the last interview, she didn't expect it to come out so well today! She was impressed!"
"I was surprised with your performance too! You're eloquent!"

"Her comments on you - Mature, Intelligent, Confident!"
"His comments on you - from her sharing on the previous job, can see that she's a person who perserveres and don't give up easily!"

The above are some of the things she mentioned to me, honestly... I was flattered!!!

Now... I need to wait... wait for a call from HR to invite me for the official 4hr interview... a session which I am really anxious about. I've heard so much about it and honestly... I'm worried... nervous...

God... You've brought me thus far... I trust that You will continue to be by my side... I need your strength... it's been very draining throughout this whole process... But with You... I know all things are POSSIBLE!!!
